Job Summary

This is a key commercial role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor responsible for supporting projects across pre-contract and post-contract stages. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, measure works, support tendering processes and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will involve cost planning, cost control, cost reporting, valuing progress claims, managing variations and monitoring budgets.
