Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reports to: Operations Manager Responsible for: Commercial Support Job Purpose: Responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of landscaping projects from tender stage through to final account. The includes cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuation, risk management, and financial reporting for both soft and hard landscape works. The Senior QS will support project teams, provide commercial leadership, and ensure that all works are delivered within budget while maintaining contractual compliance.
