A market-leading joinery and fit-out contractor, with a turnover exceeding £100m and a strong presence across high-end commercial and refurbishment projects, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a key leadership role within its commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to step into a No.1 position , taking full commercial ownership of projects while leading and developing a team beneath them. The business has a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality, detail-driven joinery packages across London and the South East.

This role will suit a commercially astute individual who is confident managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, while driving performance, profitability, and client relationships.
