Key Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Act as a key commercial point of contact for specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders. Provide guidance and support on contractual and commercial matters throughout project delivery. Ensure contracts are administered in line with company procedures and commercial objectives.
