Senior Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team delivering a wide range of schemes for Network Rail on the Eastern Route Programme. These are AFA schemes including enhancements and renewal works to existing infrastructure. This is a long-term framework running until 2029, with over £100m of work allocated to Morgan Sindall.

You’ll manage projects at varying stages of design and construction, with package values ranging from £100k to £15m.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing all aspects of multiple contracts across their full lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery.


• Acting as the primary commercial liaison with the client and key stakeholders.
