Job Description
A passionate Quantity Surveying consultancy situated around Barbican, London, is seeking a capable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10-15 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix bag of projects including private residential, museum, heritage, and retail projects.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £15m.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS would be a plus, but not essential
6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
Good pre & post contract knowledge
Able to deliver projects independentlyIn Return?
£65,000 - £70,000
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
Up to, two days WFH
