NDC Personnel is looking for a Food Safety and Quality Manager based in South Africa, Wes-Kaap. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSQMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP and other certification standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and supplier quality management.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in FMCG or food manufacturing and a relevant degree in Food Science or related fields. Lead Auditor certification in BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 is essential, alongside strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
