Senior Quality Systems Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an Senior Quality Systems Engineering Specialist who will provide technical leadership, supervision, and expert support for the Sonova electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).

More about the role

· Day-to-day operation and configuration of the Sonova eQMS, including management of platform functionality, workflows, design elements, appearance, tabs, and system settings.

· Ensure smooth system performance, timely resolution of support tickets, and proactive mitigation of technical issues.

· Support the eQMS System Owner in project and product management for process enhancements, workflow development, and platform improvement initiatives.

· Supervise, oversee, and directly contribute to the development, testing, validation, and implementation of eQMS releases and upgrades.
