Senior Quality Procurement Engineer

• Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators.
• Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages.
• Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages.
• Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings.
• Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co‑ordination Procedure.
• Supplier Pre‑Qualification Documents Review.
• Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufacturers.
• Involve in Kick‑off meeting.
• Participate in Pre‑inspection Meeting.
• Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement.
• Vendor Document Review including MPS ITP and WPS and relevant Quality Procedure.
