● Lead in-line inspections throughout all production stages, from incoming materials to finished goods and packaging.
● Conduct Final Random Inspections (FRI) based on AQL standards and prepare detailed inspection reports.
● Monitor factory quality systems and ensure compliance with approved samples, specifications, and quality procedures.
● Identify quality risks, analyze root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions with factory teams.
● Review production processes and provide recommendations to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
● Verify testing records, production documentation, and quality control checkpoints.
● Collaborate with factory management, QA/QC teams, and production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
