Responsibilities
Designs, coordinates, and implements highly complex process sampling systems, procedures, statistical techniques, and quality systems. Develops process improvement and cost control programs throughout the plant. Performs review of customer/industry/internal specifications to ensure processes meet or exceed requirements. Provides technical support to operations, customers, and suppliers as needed. Performs supervisory duties and provides customer‑requirement training to employees. Completes Quality Engineering assignments with minimal supervision. Defines, specifies, and implements quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes. Executes the development, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Quality Management System throughout the operation, providing advanced quality planning support in the development and launch of new products, processes, and services.
