**Job Summary**

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Program Quality Engineer. As a key member of our Quality organization, you will develop program and project quality system processes and support all product quality initiatives.

+ Lead the efforts to develop, maintain, and deploy quality plans and activities that translate customer requirements into planned activities
+ Indirectly manage a group of engineers, technicians and/or inspectors
