Senior Quality Engineer

An excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading advanced manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

Working closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of complex engineering products.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Quality Team Leader, you will:

• Support production teams in achieving quality, delivery and performance targets.
• Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone methodologies.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct product audits and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare and support FAIRs, Quality Plans and product release documentation.
