Senior Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Data Quality Operations Lead to oversee data quality initiatives for a portfolio of strategic clients. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal operational teams, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of critical business data.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong client-facing experience, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage data quality operations in a fast-paced US BPO environment.
