The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected civil construction contractor delivering high-quality concrete projects. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the financial performance of projects from tender right through to final account.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside experienced project teams, influence key commercial decisions, and play a critical role in delivering successful, profitable outcomes.

• Complete detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings
• Prepare cost estimates and competitive tender submissions
• Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries and pricing
• Support contract negotiations and clarifications
