BG Global is hiring a Senior Engineer QS Costing MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead MEP quantity surveying costing estimation and commercial activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quantity surveying and costing activities for MEP works across high-rise construction projects
• Prepare and review BOQs cost estimates tender documents and quantity take-offs
• Monitor project budgets variations claims and cost control activities to ensure commercial efficiency
• Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and suppliers for costing and contractual matters
• Evaluate quotations subcontractor pricing and procurement costs to optimize project budgets
