Senior QC (Mechanical)

PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk' is seeking an experienced Senior QC Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Quality Assurance & Control team. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi Regency, West Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and method statements prior to execution.
2. Perform inspection and testing of HVAC, CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water and piping systems, ductwork, and fire protection/suppression systems.
3. Witness and verify pressure testing, flushing, leak testing, and system commissioning activities.
4. Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and QC inspection reports.
5. Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
6. Coordinate with mechanical contractors/subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ASME).
