Senior QC Inspector

Preferred Summary PD&MS Group is looking for an experienced Senior QC Inspector to join our BIQHSE Team on a part-time (20 hrs) contractor basis. The role is based in Grangemouth. Candidates must have previous experience carrying out NDT & welding inspections. A CCSNG certificate and/or previous work experience on COMAH sites is preferred.

Role Summary

The Senior QC Inspector maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, and recording quality results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Vendor QC Inspections / Audits and site visits (Grangemouth)
• Liaise with Client and 3rd Party Inspectors
• Check and approve equipment and fabrication packs / data dossiers
• Maintain Welder Qualifications and develop and maintain Weld Register
• Select WPS for PD&MS construction works
• Act as focal point for QC activities at PD&MS managed facilities
