Senior QA Technician

• Ensure all tasks are comply to company procedural requirements, Quality, Environmental and Health standards (ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO45001) and Customer Specific requirements.
• Perform Incoming, First Article, Production Rejects and Customer Returns Verification activities.
• Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments.
• Generate FAI / PPAP dimensional reports in accordance with AS9102 or customer requirements.
• Assist QA Engineer/Manager on the following
  • Verify newly established Inspection Plan vs Drawing Specification
  • Report if found any discrepancy on part drawing.
  • Recommend methods or techniques of inspection
• Maintain completeness and correctness of IQA Inspections documents, reports and records.
• Liaise with Section in-charge for any clarification related to works and seek help to ...
