Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong Odoo ERP experience to lead backend development and ERP customization. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business understanding. You will work closely with a functional ERP consultant and client stakeholders, so the ability to push back, clarify requirements, and propose better solutions is critical.

Responsibilities:

Lead backend development using Python and Odoo ERP Design and customize Odoo modules to support business workflows

Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions

Own ERP integrations, data flows, and customizations Proactively identify gaps, risks, and scalability concerns

Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Required Skills & Experience:

6–10+ years of experience in Python development

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (custom modules, workflows, reports)
