Senior Python Data Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Python Data Engineer to join our team, focusing on building robust data pipelines, developing web services, and driving automation in a cloud environment.

This role requires strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with modern data processing tools, and a solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop web services and background jobs using FastAPI
• Design and implement data pipelines with a focus on data lakes, medallion architecture and star schema
• Process and report data using Pandas, Polars, openpyxl and DuckDB
• Utilize GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows
• Build and maintain Azure solutions including Container Apps, Azure Storage, Service Bus and SignalR
• Automate infrastructure deployment with Bicep on Azure or transferable skills in AWS CDK or Terraform
