Senior Purchasing & Material Control Executive

• Raw Material Replenishment: Oversee and execute timely replenishment planning for major production materials including MDF boards, Particle Boards, Foam Boards, raw paper, and impregnated papers.
• Trading Goods Management: Strategically manage supply, stock turnover, and supplier lead times for high-turnover PVC edging lines (buy-and-sell portfolio).
• Consumables Control: Monitor, track, and maintain optimal safety stock thresholds for production and packaging consumables (shrink wrap, bubble packs, strapping belts, PE Foam, and protective films for MFC boards).
• Inventory Optimization: Partner closely with the Production and Warehouse teams to analyze usage rates, prevent aging stock, and eliminate raw material shortages or downtime.
• System Integrity: Maintain accurate data entry for purchase orders (POs), supplier delivery monitoring, and pricing records within the inventory management system.
