Senior Purchaser, Operative Purchasing

Position: Purchasing Coordinator
Contract: 1 Year
Location: Yishun, Singapore
Compensation: Up to $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

• Assist the manager in driving change management and new business process implementation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new Operative Purchasers.
• Create and change Purchase Order, Schedule Agreement or Quantity Contract.
• Review and analyze MRP results.
• Act as central contact person for assigned suppliers related to the purchasing topics: order quantity, order acknowledgement, confirmation of delivery, pull in/push out deliveries, non‑conformance recovery etc.
• Coordinate with Engineering Changes Specialist and send ECN, BOM and drawing to suppliers.
