ð Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of protection devices, metering equipment, and switching devices (LV & MV).
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of protection faults.
- Carry out equipment repairs, replacements, and wiring for protection systems and switchgear.
- Lead installation and configuration of protection relays, control systems, and metering equipment using OEM software.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, and site commissioning of switchgear, protection, control, and metering systems, including relay testing, transformer tests, fault simulations, and communication checks.
- Support MV/HV switching operations and isolation procedures in line with site standards.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
