Senior Property Underwriter

Job Opportunity:

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Underwriter to join our property team based in Milan, Italy.

You will be the third person joining the team which means there is a big opportunity to contribute and support in the shaping of the Italian Property portfolio. The focus will be on underwriting complex risks and engage in market activities (brokers and customers) to continue establish the BHSI footprint in Italy.

We are seeking an experienced individual who is engaged, passionate, social and always striving towards excellence, in both underwriting and collaboration. You should be comfortable working closely with actuaries, the Claims team, risk engineers and underwriters from across the broader team both locally and globally.
