Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the management of a portfolio of real estate assets, acting as the main point of contact for international and corporate clients;
• Strong focus on client retention, service excellence and long-term relationship management;
• Preparation, control and monitoring of operational budgets, service charges and cash flows;
