Senior Property Manager

We are working exclusively with this locally recognised group on the Lower North Shore. This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a team where some of these people have been for more than 20 years!

You’ll take ownership of landlord relationships across a well managed portfolio, supported by leasing and administration to keep your days structured and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for all landlord communication
• Managing rent reviews, increases, outgoings and insurance claims
• Oversight of portfolio performance and legislative compliance
• Supporting and guiding the Property Officer and Leasing Consultant
• Maintaining high service standards across the portfolio
