Senior Property Development Manager

Overall Purpose of the Job: 

To manage and assist in the development of property for the Group from site identification to project close-out, ensuring all phases and functionalities are executed efficiently and effectively, with a specific focus on development of expansion projects and greenfield projects outside of South Africa. To develop construction quality assurance programme for monitoring by a Clerck of Works to be appointed by Advtech. Strategic growth of Advtech International Division and Properties Division.
Main Outputs and Responsibilities for this Position: 

Site Investigations, Due Diligence and Risk Assessments:

• Conduct site investigation and inspections to assess if a property or land is suitable to develop in line with the business need.
• Utilise templates and rating systems of property items to generate a risk profile of the site, land or property that has being investigated.
