We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to take ownership of portfolio-level accounting across our communities. This is a hands-on, analytical role suited for an accountant who thrives in high-volume environments and can independently manage reconciliations, debt tracking, and month-end close.

This is not a bookkeeping or data-entry role. We are looking for a professional who can investigate discrepancies, ensure financial accuracy, and take full ownership of assigned communities.
