Responsibilities

• Lead consultation, design and implementation of major projects.
• Lead on‑street segregated cycleways.
• Lead pedestrian and public realm upgrades.
• Lead off‑street walking, wheeling and cycling routes.

Our programme is a major component of Edinburgh's City Mobility Plan 2021‑2030 and its accompanying Capital Investment Programme. These aim to transform urban travel over the next decade to deliver a healthier, thriving, fairer and compact capital city, and a higher quality of life for all residents, as we transition to a zero‑carbon future.
