Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, development, administration, risk management, implementation, control, and closeout of numerous small-to-medium size, moderately complex projects across multiple business units through Alliant Energy’s Strategic Projects organization. This role supports water & ash compliance projects, so experience with the federal Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Rule, Clean Water Act (CWA), and Effluent Limitation Guidelines (ELG) is essential.
What you will do
Understands and utilizes the Alliant Energy project management methodologies and processes based on Project Management Institute (PMI) for project delivery in order to achieve scope, schedule, and cost objectives, while effectively managing risks that have the potential to affect project deliverables.
