Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Project Manager (Dataflow) will lead the delivery of delegate management and ticketing services through Dataflow solutions, working as part of the JET team whilst being employed by Dataflow. This is a hands‑on, senior delivery role focused on owning projects and client accounts end‑to‑end. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from post‑sale through to post‑event reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring effective use of Dataflow’s software and services.
