Aldridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Transportation team for a project in the Southern California area. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.



What you’ll do:

· Lead and develop a team.

· Foster customer relationships.

· Facilitate project planning, delivery and execution.

· Drive projects through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle.

· SAFETY – Drive the IIF safety culture.

· Regularly visit your job sites and lead by example.

· Ensure a safety plan is developed and adhered to.
