Job Description
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, focused on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
- Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
- Experience building and leveraging AI agents
- LLM experience (CLAUDE, Co-pilot, Chat GPT) in relation to AI expertise
- A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
- Metric driven team management using Agile methodologies
- Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Significant experience managing budgets
- PMP/CSM a plus
