Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects, from tender award / handover stage through to contract execution, and handover to client
• Maintain client relationships
• Responsible for completion of all projects including contracts, procurement, engineering, technical and finance
• Manage sub-contractors, suppliers and site activities
• Monitor and manage the execution of projects
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of the project
• Approve supplier invoices for payment
• Approval drawings
• Ensure compliance with client contract specifications
• Project contract management
• Manage project cash flow
• Complete monthly accruals and project documentation
• Maintain the project schedule
• Weekly Action Plan meetings to communicate project deliverables and financial requirements
