Job Description

ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Senior Project Manager to support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded residential mitigation grant projects. This position is hybrid with on-site work in Los Angeles County, CA. The Senior Project Manager will be focused on leading residential property mitigation projects to reduce the risk to homes and property from natural hazards including wildfires, wind, ice storms, and severe weather. 

The ideal candidate will be a proven Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Project Manager with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize disaster grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management.
