Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Actively define Backend Quality improvement projects and scope via analyzing Quality performance indicators to give an overall picture of the key Quality topics to be addressed
• Work with project owner to define and set up project teams at respective Backend sites with subject matter experts for project kick-off with project charter
• Lead, manage, and control the entire project life‑cycle, with suitable meetings and reviews to ensure project success (in terms of scope, timeline, budget, quality, productivity, and speed)
• Characterize and solve complex problems with implementation of standardized and harmonized measures to roll out to respective backend sites
• Focus and keep track on project deliverables, assess progress and effectiveness, manage risks and change with timely reporting and escalation (if required)
