10+ years as a Project Manager
5–7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience across multiple teams
3+ years leading complex IM/IT transformation projects in the last 5 years
Agile coaching, team assessments, executive stakeholder engagement
Experience in government or highly regulated environments
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Comfortable with organizational-level impediments, not just team-level
Proficient in Azure DevOps, RAID logs, metrics, and Agile ceremonies
