Job Overview

Senior Project Manager (MEP) – Defence Project | Cranwell, Lincolnshire (site based, full‑time, with occasional visits to Rushden and Northamptonshire).

In this role you will lead the MEP team within our internal MEP business, delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and meeting quality and programme expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project strategy and delivery plan.
• Manage and coach the MEP team to ensure safe, timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and supply‑chain partners, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project finances, revenue, costs and cash‑flow, taking proactive actions to prevent losses and maximise profitability.
