This role is responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams, stabilising payroll outcomes, and embedding sustainable processes and behaviours across the organisation.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a structured, pragmatic project manager who can operate confidently in complex workforce, payroll, and compliance environments.
