Senior Project Manager

Overview

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Roading Construction Senior Project Manager to join our Green Team in Hamilton. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is a diverse role where you will be working on multiple projects up to the value of $30m and will play an integral part in everything from tender through to delivery. You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team of Graduate, Site and Project Engineers. Depending on the project, your team can range between 5-15 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple roading and civils projects up to $30m from tender through to delivery.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the project team (Graduate, Site and Project Engineers) with team sizes typically 5–15 people.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives, schedule, safety, quality and budget.
