Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Entrepreneurial Leader and Steel Door & Hardware Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate bids, take-offs, and proposals (RFQs/RFPs) for both commercial and residential sectors.
• Review drawings and specifications to understand full scope, risks, and requirements across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing and provide value engineering input to minimize risk exposure.
• Support tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender activities.
