Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Project Manager for an International Architecture Design Company to be based in their Dubai office.

Role Description:

Project management:

– As PM, lead projects with annual revenue of $3M+ in gross billings. This revenue target to be adjusted accordingly for those holding leadership positions (Region Leader, Design Leader,Practice Leader, etc.) with dual responsibilities.

– Participate in the identification of key services to be provided, including the coordination and agreement on scope of services, fees, deliverables and schedule for all disciplines on all projects.

– Lead the team members to perform needed services for the successful project.
