Senior Project Manager

Rayner Construction Services (RCS) was established in Calgary in 2017 and has been operating in BC since 2020. Thepany ismitted to expanding its footprint in British Columbia. Subsequently, they have just acquired a permanent office in Burnaby. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in further establishing a long-termmercial construction presence for RCS in the Vancouver Lower Mainland market. This role goes beyond day-to-day project delivery—it is also about shaping client experience and building strong consultant and trade relationships.
In this role, you will leadmercial construction projects with values from $100k-10m from pre-construction handover through to close-out, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
