Senior Project Manager (Architecture)

• Lead a Project Team of Consultants, Contractors, Developer in daily-site activities
• Lead, plan and develop project specific Contract Management Plan.
• Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting.
• Responsible for periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts
• Conduct periodic safety inspection
• Identify and resolve site technical problems
