Lead and manage large?scale programmes under the PMO Project Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality and deployment readiness.

Deep?dive with technical/research teams to refine industry needs and translate them into clear requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.

Drive end?to?end delivery governance: establish delivery cadence, manage change interventions, and ensure timely escalation.

Manage critical vendors/system integrators (where relevant) and ensure delivery meets project requirements and compliance expectations.
