These innovative medical devices form the physical foundation for Brainlab current and the future software solutions and must meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you take technical ownership of development projects within our surgical navigation portfolio. Your drive the development from concept through verification to a certified medical product, working in close collaboration with hardware, software, quality, and external partners. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and project coordination in a regulated medical device environment.
