Key responsibilities include: Leadership: Provide expert guidance and value engineering to drive technical excellence and long-term asset performance.
Relationship Management: Build strong networks across Mercury and with external partners to support delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Project Delivery: Align project goals with safety, quality, time, and cost outcomes. Lead mechanical engineering delivery from concept to commissioning.
Technical & Quality: Define mechanical requirements, lead quality planning, and drive innovation in system design and standards.
Learning & Growth: Share lessons learned and continuously adapt to support Mercury's evolving goals. Degree or higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Professional membership (e.g. ENZ) desirable, but not a must have
