**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a **Senior Project Coordinator** with advanced expertise in project support, cross-functional coordination, and business analysis to streamline operations for a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program. This position will be located in Alexandria, VA, and will be a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**

As a Senior Project Coordinator, this role provides project tracking, reporting, meeting facilitation, and functional requirements support to the Operations Applications Product Line (OAPL) to improve operational efficiency and IT delivery. Core responsibilities include:

+ Coordinate and facilitate program sessions, including OAPL All Hands, Strategic Offsites, SMR/PMRs, deep-dives, briefings, and senior leadership updates.
