Senior Project Control Expert

WSP is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Control Expert to support a large-scale Operations, Maintenance, and Refurbishment (OMR) program for infrastructure assets in Riyadh. This role will oversee the implementation and management of project controls processes including cost, schedule, progress, and reporting to ensure successful program delivery under WSP’s PMC scope.

+ Lead the establishment and management of integrated project controls systems across multiple infrastructure workstreams including roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and public realm assets.
+ Develop and maintain the master schedule and monitor progress using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6.
+ Manage cost control activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management (EVM).
